Returns Policy
Refunds
Our general refund and returns policy lasts 30 days (this excludes clothing, please see the specific clothing section of our policy for more details) . If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. The amount of time taken to receive the refund from this point will be dependent on your payment provider.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit account/payment provider first before contacting them (there may be some processing time before your refund is officially posted to your account).
If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us by using our contact form.
Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Clothing
Our clothing items are printed on demand by a 3rd party. As such an item cannot refunded or exchanged unless the item is damaged during manufacture.
Damaged items will be replaced or refunded subject to us being notified of the issue within 25 days of product delivery. A clear photo showing the issue must be provided before any claim can be validated.
Any item that is deemed by us to require either refund or replacing does not need to be returned.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email by using our contact form.

Shipping
To return your product, please contact us for return authorization and address.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and proof of postage is recommended. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
