This vinyl graphic serves 2 purposes. The first is to protect the leading edge of your sliding door from stones and things that are accidently left in the door opening when it is shut. The second is to add some flair to your van.
We created this vinyl graphic to exactly fit between the 2 swage lines of the sliding door and in our specific case helps to cover up the bad colour match we had from a rattle can when repairing the door paintwork.
As with all vinyl, care is required to ensure it is applied bubble free. Paintwork should be cleaned and then wiped down with a suitable lint free cloth. I recommend using ispropyl alcohol for wiping down before applying the vinyl.
A black arrow on the vinyl provides a suggestion on where the vinyl should be positioned in reation to the door edge. This should give adequate vinyl material to wrap around the door edge under the rubber seal.
